The Jonas Brothers hooked into a funky reggae vibe on Thursday night (July 18) during a performance the Happiness Begins track "Only Human" on Late Night with Seth Meyers. Dressed in mismatched suits and backed by a four-piece horn section, Joe Jonas took the first verse, bouncing along to the song's insistent groove as the studio audience shouted their approval.
Nick joined him on the chorus, with the Bros harmonizing on the slinky come-on, "We gon' dance in my living room, slave to the way you move/ Hurts when I'm leaving you/ Just dance in the living room, love with an attitude/ Drunk to an '80s groove." Then it was Nick's turn to take over the lead vocals, slipping into his signature falsetto as things simmered down for a spell before the island groove kicked back in.
The track appears on Begins, the trio's first full-length album since 2009's Lines, Vines and Trying Times.
